One on One Sessions

Sessions are collaborative and responsive to what feels most supportive in the moment. They unfold online at a pace that allows space for safety, curiosity, and presence.

Depending on what arises, our work may include:

REFLECTION — Space to explore questions, experiences, and insights through thoughtful dialogue.

VALUES & PURPOSE — Clarifying what truly matters and the direction you want to move toward.

LIFESTYLE DESIGN — Exploring how your choices, rhythms, and environment shape the life you are creating.

EMBODIED DECISION-MAKING — Drawing on somatics and body awareness to inform the choices you make.

INTEGRATION — Bringing insights into everyday life so your lifestyle feels grounded and sustainable.

This May Support You

At times, life can move quickly, and our choices become shaped more by habit, expectation, or circumstance than by conscious intention. These sessions create space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters and how you want to live.

This work may resonate if you find yourself at a crossroads, questioning the direction of your life, or feeling a desire to live more intentionally. It may also support those navigating personal or professional transitions, reflecting on their priorities, or seeking greater clarity around what truly matters.

Intentional living, in this sense, is not about finding a single answer or following a predetermined path. Rather, it is an ongoing process of reflection, alignment, and conscious choice — gradually embodying a way of life that feels meaningful, sustainable, and true to who you are becoming.

“I have had Valerie for 6 sessions over the past couple of months and she's an amazing person. I used to be a gogogo type of woman and always in a rush. Valerie is warm, patient and caring. She listens, coaches and offers ongoing support between sessions as well. Each session, she really puts in effort to make the most out of it and trying to help. Without her support, I wouldn't have imagined myself growing that much in a short span of time..”

— Chelsea C.

“Valerie creates a space where you feel safe to open up and let your body express what words can’t. Her methodology is unique and helps release the scars and tensions stored in your body. She recreates the sense of safety you needed as a baby or a child — and that alone is deeply healing. The moment you enter her space, you’re surrounded by a powerful and nurturing energy.”

— Amani B.

“Valerie takes care to create a safe space in her practices, where everyone can take the time to reconnect with themselves, at their own pace, and with complete confidence. Each time, I have been deeply touched by her extraordinary generosity: not only with her time, but also through all her thoughtful touches, all the heart and energy she puts into her offerings. Her work deserves to be much more widely known; everyone will find something beneficial.”

Foundations of the Work

Two Paths into the Work

Intentional Living and Somatic Healing are closely connected.

While Intentional Living focuses on reflection, life direction, and conscious decision-making, Somatic Healing begins with the body — supporting nervous system regulation and the integration of lived experiences. Many people find that both approaches naturally inform one another over time.
