Y O U R G U I D EMeet Valerie.
Valerie is the founder of Klēo Healing, where she explores the relationship between the body, our inner experience and how we move through the world.
The name Klēo evokes the idea of giving voice to what matters and bringing what is meaningful into the world - a reflection of the intention behind her work. Drawing from somatic therapy, yoga and nervous system practices, Valerie creates spaces to slow down, reconnect and explore what becomes possible when we feel more present, supported and alive.
At the heart of her work is a desire to deepen our connection with ourselves, one another and the world around us. Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian, with some Greek, she brings an international perspective and a deep curiosity about people, culture and what connects us.

-
Absolutely. Many guests join retreats on their own. The group is intentionally kept small, creating space for meaningful connection while still having time for yourself.

Meals will be fresh, nourishing, locally inspired and vegetarian. We’ll collect dietary requirements and allergies ahead of the retreat and work with Bab Zouina to accommodate individual needs wherever possible.
